Ithaca, N.Y. — Ithaca could have left unadorned gray walls around the construction site of the Commons.
But it’s Ithaca, so — of course — it didn’t. What instead emerged was a beautiful array that showcases all the city has to offer: schools, food, night-life and more.
The following murals grace the exterior of the Commons project, which began in April 2013 and is expected to be done in 17 months, according to Mayor Svante Myrick.
