Ithaca, N.Y. — A convicted rapist from Spencer is wanted for violating probation and is believed to be in Ithaca, according to the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office.
Randy Zahradnik, Jr., 35, was convicted of second-degree rape on May 16, 2011, for raping a 14-year-old girl.
He was sentenced for six months in jail and 10 months in probation, but has since violated probation.
Zahradnik’s last known location was at 39 Hillview Rd. in Spencer, but police suspect that he now lives in Ithaca.
The sheriff’s office is asking for information about Zahradnik.
