Bill Nye the Science Guy knows many things.
Nye has taken over middle school classrooms through his videos, teaching why the moon creates currents, how magnets work, and where dinosaurs roamed.
But even the Science Guy does not know the answer to the question that has plagued Ithacans for months: When will the Commons redesign be finished?
Ithaca Mayor Svante Myrick is attending the White House event, Maker Faire, which promotes innovation and entrepreneurship, according to the Star-Gazette.
At the fair, he ran into Bill Nye, who asked him about the Commons redesign.
Myrick posted on his Facebook wall: “Saw Bill Nye just now at the White House. He asked me when the Commons would be finished. Seriously.”
