Two people have now been arrested in connection with an Ithaca carjacking from March.

WHCU reports:

“20-year-old David Lykhvar was arrested in Tioga County, PA last week.

The incident back on March 28 involved Lykhvar and a female accomplice, who police say approached the victim’s car, ordered him into the passenger seat, and drove him out to Newfield and left him there.

The female accomplice, 17-year-old Emily Morris, was arrested back in April on kidnapping and grand larceny charges.

Lykhvar was found in Pennsylvania with the stolen Volvo, along with stolen plates and two laptop computers.
