Ithaca, N.Y. — A benefit concert for the victims of the Simeon’s crash will go on Tuesday rain or shine, according to the event’s organizers.

The fundraiser — originally scheduled for last Tuesday, though postponed due to thunderstorms — will take place at the Stewart Park pavilion.

The Jeff Love Band, Tru Bleu and Dave Hawthown will all be performing. There will also be a silent auction and raffles with prizes ranging from restaurant gift certificates to landscaping design services, according to a posting by the Downtown Ithaca Alliance.

The event will benefit Simeon’s staff, building tenants, Titus Gallery owners and the Cornell Barbershop staff.
