Dryden, N.Y. — A teenager in Dryden was arrested on felony charges after pulling a fire alarm when no fire existed, according to state police.

The teenager, who is 16, lives at the William George Agency in Dryden. He was charged with the felony of falsely reporting an incident in the second-degree.

The teen was arrested at the William George Agency, which is a non-profit residential treatment center, according to its website.

The teen was given a ticket after being arrested by state police based out of Ithaca.

Troopers were called to the facility, at 40 McDonald Road, on Sunday. They announced the charges against the teen on Monday.
