The National Weather Service is predicting wind chills as low as -22 degrees on Monday — followed by lows of -29 degrees on Tuesday.
A wind chill warning is in effect from 4 a.m. Monday until 10 a.m. Monday. But then it could be as low as -10 degrees, without the wind chill factor, Monday night.
