Tyree Davis, 28, was charged with felony criminal contempt of court, the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child and the violation of second-degree harassment.

On Wednesday, state police were called to a home on Cypress Court in Ithaca and determined that Davis “pushed a woman down and punched her in the face while in front of her two children,” according to a news release.

Davis did so in violation of a order of protection the woman had against him, according to state police.

Davis was arraigned in the Town of Ithaca Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of a $2,000.00 cash bail or a $4,000.00 property bond.
