He said a 2006 MINI Cooper was headed northbound when it veered into the southbound lane and hit a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Two passengers on the motorcycle were taken to Robert Packer Hospital. The driver was transported in a helicopter with internal injuries. The passenger was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.

After slamming into the motorcycle, Riegal said, the MINI Cooper then flipped over and slammed into a tree. The driver of the vehicle was also airlifted to Robert Packer Hospital.

Riegal said nobody has been charged or ticketed in the accident and the incident is still being investigated.

He said he will not release the names of the people involved unless one of them is charged with a crime or dies.
