ITHACA, N.Y. — A man is facing several charges after trespassing at the Shops at Ithaca Mall Monday, police said in a news release.

Tompkins County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the mall at 5:12 p.m. after Moyses N. Miranda, 23, of Cayuga Heights, was reportedly at the mall after being banned from the property.

Officials said Miranda was uncooperative at the scene and resisted arrest.

He’s charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

Miranda was arraigned in the town of Lansing Court and remanded to jail in lieu of posting $1,000.00 cash bail.
