Lansing NY – Take a Journey! Change your life! Chemung County’s Best New Business of the Year is coming to Tompkins County on Monday October 5th, 2015. Journey Fitness is a personal coaching center with two other locations in Elmira and Corning. Their newest expansion will be located at 15 Catherwood, Lansing NY.
In the last 2 years, Journey has helped people lose over 15,000 pounds through a combination of nutritional counseling, workouts, coaching and goal setting.
