Jonathan Tadder, 28, was convicted in 2014 of first-degree attempted sexual assault for having sexual contact with a child less than 11 years old in 2012, court records show.

— Moved to a new residence — from Ithaca to Spencer — without prior notification or approval from his probation officer.

— He was suspended from the Sex Offender Accountability and Responsibilities

Tadder, who is a level 2 sex offender, also reportedly did not appear to sexual offender court as directed.

He was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail after being arraigned Monday and is currently being held without bail.
