MCLEAN, N.Y. — A McLean man was charged Monday with selling a prescription pain killer during police investigation, officials said.

Christopher G. Clark, 33, of 1 School St. in McLean, is charged with felony third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance after he allegedly sold oxymorphone — an opioid pain killer — to another person during a multi-agency narcotics investigation, police said in a news release.
Clark was arraigned in front of the Groton Town Justice John Norman and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail. He’s being held on $12,000 cash bail or $24,000 bond, according to New York State Police.
The Ithaca Police Department and Tompkins County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
