ITHACA, N.Y. — Police are looking for two suspects in an Ithaca College robbery that happened over the weekend.

Officials said in a public safety alert that a student invited two acquaintances into his room around 2 a.m. Sunday on the first floor of Terrace 12.

The males then threatened to punch the student in the face if he did not give them prescription pills and about $170 in cash that were visible in the room.

The student handed them the items and they left his room. No injuries were reported.

He does not know the men’s names but provided the following descriptions of them to police:

—  Caucasian male, 17-19 years old, about 150 pounds, 5’10ā€-5’11ā€ in height, with long wavy blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail.  Last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt.
— Olive skinned male, 18-19 years old, about 170 pounds., 6’0 in height, with dark hair.  Last seen wearing an olive drab puffy (down) jacket.
— Vehicle description: Possibly a Florida license plate (partial plate number ā€œF Lā€); navy blue Volvo 4 door sedan, early 2000s model, with a boxy back end.

Officials are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management at 607-274-3333 or leave an anonymous voicemail message at 607-274-1060.
