ITHACA, NY – A Dryden man who led police on a chase earlier this month was indicted last week, according to court records.

Frank T. Warner, 29, was indicted on second degree assault. Records say that Warner, “with intent to cause physical injury to a child who was less than seven years old, caused such injury to a child.”

Records say that Warner was also indicted on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

For a period of time between September 2015 and October 13, 2015, Warner “knowingly acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child.”

The same offense was also alleged for a period between November 6, 2014 and October 13, 2015.

Warner was released on bail.
