ITHACA, NY – Prepare for those Halloween candy calories on this one-mile, all-terrain, challenging dash through Ithaca’s historic municipal cemetery. The 1-mile course starts up hill and goes downhill from there … only to go back uphill! Costumes are welcome and prizes will be given!

Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 11:00am at the Ithaca City Cemetary

Bring your friends and family – special rate available for groups of 4 or more! All ages welcome.

The timed race is followed by a Fun Run/Walk, great for families and people who want to experience the beautiful Fall landscape right in the city. $13 per person

Meet at the Cornell Avenue entrance to the cemetery, located between Stewart and University avenues.

Race-day registrations will be accepted but shirts and bibs may not be available.

All ages welcome – children under 3 free. Please, no strollers.

The event’s proceeds benefit the Friends of Ithaca City Cemetery, an affiliate of Historic Ithaca, Inc. dedicated to preserving and promoting the history, landscape, and enjoyment of Ithaca’s oldest cemetery.
