ITHACA, NY — Later this month, Cayuga Heights diners can look forward to dishes like fennel seed-crusted salmon and whiskey-glazed organic chicken breast paired with beers from Allagash Brewing Company at The Heights Restaurant and H Bar.
On Thursday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m., The Heights will serve a $60 prix fixe six course menu alongside selections from the Portland, Maine-based brewery.
