ITHACA, N.Y. — Ithaca’s annual Apple Harvest Festival is officially underway and people are gathered on the Commons for apples and fall festivities.
This year marks the third year that Littletree Orchards has participated in the festival. Their apple cider donuts are a popular favorite with a line stretching through the Commons.

Littletree employee John French said his favorite part about the festival is running their stand.
“This is amazing,” French said. “This is not work, this is a party.”
Nat Day, another employee agrees that their stand is one of his favorite aspects of the festival.
“I’ve been coming to Apple Fest for as long as I can remember,” Day said. “Littletree has only been here for three years, but I love the apple cider donuts and working this stand is probably my favorite too.”
The festival is featuring activities throughout the weekend including live music, cider tastings, rides, and entertainment.
