DRYDEN, N.Y. –  A Dryden man was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly taking a wrench to a UPS truck on Hanshaw Road in Dryden.

New York State Police responded to a disturbance call and reported to the scene just after 6 p.m. where officers interviewed the driver of the UPS vehicle. The driver reported that Ryan C. Morse, 25, intentionally caused damage to his truck, using a wrench to strike the vehicle.

Morse was located near the scene of the incident and subsequently arrested. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and will return to Dryden Town Court on November 13.
