ITHACA, N.Y. — The Tompkins County Democratic Committee will meet Wednesday, January 24, at 7:30 PM at The Space at Greenstar, 700 West Buffalo Street.
Following regular committee business, Linda Andrei, a newly declared candidate for Congress in the 23rd District, will address the group and answer questions. The meeting is open to all registered Democrats in Tompkins County.
Democrats have scheduled two caucuses for the purpose of selecting candidates for village mayor and trustee positions.
The Trumansburg Democratic Caucus will take place Saturday, January 27, at 10 AM at the Trumansburg Fire Station. The Dryden Democratic Caucus will take place Monday, January 29, at 7:30 PM at the Dryden Village Hall.
All registered Democrats who live in those villages are eligible to attend and vote in the caucuses.
