ITHACA, N.Y. — Saturday was Ithaca’s 20th annual Chili Cook-Off, bringing hundreds of people to the Ithaca Commons for a festival for the first time in months.

Attendees enjoyed tasting chili and chili-related items from up to 34 restaurants or businesses, along with beer and wine from local makers.

Taverna Banfi took home the top prize in the meat category for their Burning Hog Chili and Gorgers took home first place for their vegetarian or vegan catagory chipotle lime quinoa chili.
