You won’t believe your eyes when we serve you our new Sticky Pineapple Chicken Bowl. This dish is served in a hollowed out pineapple overflowing with jasmine rice, and crispy battered chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce with Thai chili peppers. (Featured image.)
The Chivito steak sandwich is a popular sandwich in Uruguay and Argentina. Our take on this delicious sandwich features sliced steak, local ham slow-roasted in house, a fried local egg, char-grilled red pepper, with provolone and golf salsa (a sauce popular in Argentina).
If you’re looking for something that’s inspired from the States, try out our Southern Fried Mac & Cheese. This dish features a whole fried chicken drumstick sourced from Murray’s Chicken Farm served over our smoked gouda mac and topped with crumbled corn bread.
Getting cabin fever? Stop down and try out Luna’s Cubano Sandwich. This sandwich is packed with slow-cooked local ham and pork, pickles, Swiss cheese and mustard then pressed into an authentic island favorite.
If you’ve enjoyed our “Pho-rito”, then you’re in for a treat with our new Beef Bulgogi Burrito. Marinated steak with purple cabbage, roasted Asian pears, grilled scallions, and jasmine rice all in a ginger wrap.
