LANSING, N.Y. – A Lansing woman was arrested at her residence on Wednesday after police found heroin, cocaine and other paraphernalia in her possession.

Sarah R. Monroe, 37, is charged with two counts of felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Danby Town Court following her arrest.
