ITHACA, N.Y. — Police have arrested two men from Lansing in connection with an early morning home robbery Wednesday in Dryden.
New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Kevin P. Chambliss, 32, and Henry J. Moreno, 28, on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree kidnapping and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Chambliss was also charged with first-degree criminal sexual act.
Chambliss and Moreno were arraigned before Judge Jules Ravo in Town of Dryden Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail without bail. They are scheduled to reappear April 30 in Town of Dryden Court.
The investigation is continuing, police said.
State police were assisted by the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office.
