UPDATE (10:25 a.m. Tuesday) The girl reported missing from Enfield was found in stable condition, the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office said.

Alice Fenton was reported missing early Monday. The sheriff’s office said it is still investigating the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

The sheriff’s office sent out a news release early Monday asking for help locating Fenton, who was last seen around 5 a.m. in Enfield on North Van Dorn Road. On Monday night, the sheriff’s office reported Fenton had been found in “stable condition.”
