ITHACA, N.Y. – Two men reportedly involved in a Dryden home invasion in April were indicted on several felony charges related to the burglary in Tompkins County Court on Thursday.

Kevin P. Chambliss, 32, and Henry J. Moreno, 28, have been in custody since April 25, after police say the two broke into a residence in Dryden on April 20.

Both defendants have been indicted on four counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree strangulation, first-degree kidnapping and second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm.

Chambliss has also been charged with first-degree criminal sexual act after forcing a victim at the residence to perform a sex act on him, according to court records.

Chambliss and Moreno were arraigned in April by Judge Jules Ravo in Town of Dryden Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail, where they are currently in custody without bail.
