The operator of the tractor trailer was issued two traffic tickets for commercial vehicle equipment violations. He was not issued any tickets for factors that contributed to the crash, Public Information Officer Jamie Williamson said. The pedestrian was ticketed for failing to obey a crosswalk signal.

Williamson said he was not sure of the pedestrian’s condition Thursday.
