ITHACA, N.Y. — After serving a warrant on a person at a local motel, deputies from the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office report finding a large amount of drugs, cash and a stun gun. Ultimately, four people were arrested.

At about 7:25 p.m. Aug. 27, deputies from the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant on a woman who was staying in an Ithaca motel room off Elmira Road, according to a press release Tuesday from the sheriff’s office.

When deputies knocked and an occupant opened the motel room door, deputies say they noticed the “wanted female suspect” with three other occupants along with a “large quantity” of cocaine, heroin, LSD, prescription pills and marijuana. All of the drugs were seized. The sheriff’s office said deputies also uncovered packaging material, an undisclosed amount of cash, and an electronic stun gun.

In total, the following four people were arrested:

Deziree A. Landon, 20, of Ithaca, was arrested on two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Landon was arraigned in the Town of Ulysses Court and, in lieu of bail/bond, was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail.

Alice N. Crispell, 24, of Freeville, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and released with an appearance ticket.

Darell V. Tate, 30, of Ithaca, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also later released with an appearance ticket.

Jason N. Rezek, 27, of Brooktondale, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Ulysses Court and is being held in the Tompkins County Jail without bail.
