ITHACA, N.Y. — Do you want to help keep your news local? Stop by Luna Inspired Street Food from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12 and enjoy macaroni and cheese to help support The Ithaca Voice.

Luna offers all sorts of street-food dishes like tacos, plates, burritos, burgers, sandwiches and six types of mac and cheese. From 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, mix and match two half orders of mac and cheese for $12. The event will take place at their downtown location at 113 N. Aurora St., Ithaca.

Half of the proceeds will go toward operations at The Ithaca Voice. Since launching in 2014, The Ithaca Voice has published free, local news every day. All stories, photos, videos and content at The Ithaca Voice will always be free thanks to our generous donors and sponsors.

The Ithaca Voice is a non-profit news site started by Cornell University alumnus Jeff Stein. Some of the in-depth issues explored over the years includes the local housing crisis, refugees in Tompkins County, veteran issues, the opioid epidemic and food insecurity.

Our team at The Ithaca Voice will be enjoying mac and cheese at the event Sept. 12, too, so be sure to say hello!
