ITHACA — Tompkins County Public Library invites members of the community ages 16+ to its Makerspace for a tutorial on the basics of 3-D printing from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21.

Participants will learn how TCPL’s 3-D printers work, how to acquire the computer files needed to use the printers, and how to prepare designs for printing. The first half of the session will be in the Makerspace and in the second half the tutorial will move to the Digital Lab. Please note that there will not be time allotted to work on personal projects during this time.
