ITHACA, N.Y. –– On Monday, June 15 from 6 to 7 p.m., WRFI will host a live panel titled, “Which Way Forward: A Black Lives Matter Forum.” The panel will feature members of our community including Nia Nunn, Taili Mugambee, Michelle Courtney Berry, and Jason Corwin. The COVID-19 crisis has highlighted and exacerbated long-standing, racial, and social inequities. Now, the police killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and others have ignited renewed outrage and mobilization against systemic racism, oppression, and police violence.

What can we learn from past struggles, and how can we build a strategy for dismantling the systems that kill black, brown, and indigenous people and perpetuate racial injustice?
