ITHACA, N.Y. –– The Tompkins County District Attorney is Tompkins’ top law enforcement official and prosecutes violations of New York State law within the county.
New York’s primary election is coming up on June 23 and WRFI is pleased to present a District Attorney Candidates Forum on Monday, June 8 from 6 to 7 p.m. Incumbent Matt Van Houten, and challenger, Ithaca attorney Ed Kopko will present their cases and answer questions submitted by community members ahead of time. WRFI News Director Michayla Savitt will moderate.
