ITHACA, N.Y. –– A water main break at 321 West Buffalo Street has brought emergency crews to the area to conduct a repair. Traffic is expected to be reduced down to one lane until the end of the day.

The replacement of water service from the main to the curb to repair the leaking service line is already underway and is scheduled to be completed by 6 p.m. tonight. For the duration of the project, the entire 300 block of W. Buffalo Street will be reduced to one lane.

Motorists should plan their commutes accordingly.
