ITHACA, N.Y.—Ithaca Police have announced that charges are pending in a car crash that took place around 1:20 a.m. the morning of Sunday, June 20.

The law enforcement narrative states that police responded to the 1000 block of East State Street in Ithaca after reports of a car colliding with a tree. Upon arrival, police said they found a car with “severe front-end damage and three injured occupants,” including one infant. Bangs Ambulance and Ithaca Fire Department also responded to the scene.

The two passengers of the vehicle were taken to Upstate University Hospital, while the driver was taken to Cayuga Medical Center. Police said they are investigating the accident and that charges are pending in the matter.
