ITHACA, N.Y.—The Ithaca Festival returned this past weekend for the first time since 2019, a two-year layoff due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
That crowds seemed noticeably lower than previous years, probably due to the layoff, but it was good to see people out and about again, enjoying various performances, shops and foods around the downtown area.
