Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve’s 16th Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 11th from 11 am to 2pm (rain date Sunday, June 12th). Come stroll the grounds, visit the remembrance grove, walk to Leopold Overlook and get the latest Greensprings news!
Bring a dish to pass and a chair if you’re able. The business meeting will begin at noon with the election of new trustees, the yearly report by the Board of Trustees and Manager and other agenda items. All site owners, friends, volunteers and interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve is located atop a beautiful hill in Newfield, NY, on 130 acres bounded by two adjoining forests of 8,000 acres. It offers a sustainable, natural alternative to conventional burials, without embalming fluids, high-cost coffins, concrete vaults and fancy gravestones. At Greensprings, burial is simple. People make their return to the Earth in a way that celebrates how they lived their lives.
Tours will be available after the meeting. Questions? Please call 607.564.7577 or email info@naturalburial.org
