ITHACA, N.Y.—One Ring Donuts, the gourmet donut shop that opened in downtown Ithaca’s Press Bay Court in 2018, is seeking new ownership, according to its recently updated website and Instagram posts.
One Ring’s founder, Amy Cohen, who also owns Circus Culture in Press Bay Alley, is selling the donut shop, stating that the business will not be reopening under its current ownership.
Cohen said that the current ownership is “ready to move on to other things” and is no longer in a position to keep the business running due to circumstances that are unrelated to the operations and success of the business.
The business, located at 114 W. Green Street, is fully equipped to operate and will be sold as such to a qualified buyer “who wants to bring this vibrant business back to life,” Cohen said.
Sales inquiries can be submitted through a form found here, and equipment lists, pricing and additional information about the space will be provided to “seriously interested and qualified parties” in correspondence after July 1.
