TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y.—Oak Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Summit Street and Elmwood Avenue for project for a new sewer installation.

The project is scheduled to take place beginning Sept. 6 and ending Oct. 8, and it is recommended that Dryden Road be used as an alternate route.
