ITHACA, N.Y.—Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a male bleeding and unconscious in a parking lot on the 600 block of West Seneca Street near where the road intersects with North Fulton Street.

At approximately 11:06 p.m. on Nov. 2, Ithaca Police Department officers arrived on the scene and discovered the man and determined that he had been hit by a vehicle. Police did not disclose the extent of the victim’s injuries, but stated that he is in stable medical condition after being transported to a trauma center.

Responding to the call were also Bangs Ambulance and the Ithaca Fire Department. IPD is asking any witnesses to contact them through the following channels to assist in their investigation.
