ITHACA, N.Y.—Despite a rather unforgiving forecast, plenty of people showed up for the annual Ithaca Porchfest community event Sunday, with dozens of musical artists performing from housefronts throughout the Fall Creek neighborhood.
While the weather threatened to turn untenable for most of the afternoon, the rain mostly held off and the streets were filled as usual. Porchfest routinely features musical performances and surrounding festivities, though this year the festival also added a market for locally produced art and more.
