Ithaca-based The Legacy wins bid to operate new cafe, bar at airport

ITHACA, N.Y.—The Ithaca-Tompkins International Airport will welcome a new business on Nov. 8, when The Legacy by ARDM Enterprises celebrates its ribbon-cutting after being selected to operate the airport’s cafe, bar and gift shop.
