This year’s free holiday tree pick up will run from Wednesday, January 3 to Monday, February 5, 2024.
If you live in the city, simply put your tree out at the curb to be collected, no trash/yard waste tags are required.
Please check to ensure that your discarded trees are free of lights, decorations and stands (please note that wreaths are not accepted).
Old holiday trees are chipped and used as mulch.
You can call (607) 272-1718 ext. 3 to report a tree ready for pick up, but it is not required.
