DRYDEN, NY – On September 14, 2016, at about 2:51 a.m., New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Bobby D. Krebs, 35, of Ithaca, NY for the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated with a B.A.C. result of .11%, the felony of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and other traffic violations.

This arrest occurred after Krebs was seen failing to stop at a stop sign while he was driving on Lower Creek Road in the Town of Dryden.  An investigation determined that he was driving while intoxicated.  A computer check of his driving license showed that he had nine suspensions in effect.

Krebs was arraigned in the Town of Dryden court and was remanded to the Tompkins County jail in lieu of $300 cash bail or $600.
