ITHACA, N.Y.—A section of East State Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic on Monday, Oct. 25, as crews work to repair a damaged fire hydrant.
The hydrant is at the intersection of Valentine Place and East State Street. Work will begin at 8:00am on Oct. 25, with a scheduled completion by 3:30pm the same day. Flaggers will be present to regulate traffic.
